## For agents

- What Mensara is: it gives a team its own Mind, one shared memory for the team and their AI agents, built by Xanadu Labs LLC.
- Status: signup is not open. A person joins the waitlist at https://www.mensara.ai/#waitlist. Agents cannot create an account or sign up.
- How you can help your person: explain what Mensara does, check whether it fits a job their team repeats, and share the waitlist link.
- Agent references: https://www.mensara.ai/llms.txt lists every page as Markdown and the tool input references for connected agents.

# Start with a question you can check

A good first Mensara job starts with one question and a source you can inspect. Your Mind is the workspace holding saved information; your connected agent is the AI tool you use to ask about it. This guide helps you choose a small task with a clear result before adding more records or recurring work.

## Name the question and the source

Choose something specific, such as what a current policy says or which decision applies to a project. An illustrative question is: “What does the current client brief say about the next meeting?”

Find one or two relevant records that your account may use. If they are not saved yet, [save the information with its source](https://www.mensara.ai/how-it-works/save-information). Avoid starting with a question that needs every file in the company.

## Decide what a useful answer must contain

Say what you need: the answer, the source it comes from and any important gap or conflict. For a current decision, name the date or scope that matters. For a past event, ask what the evidence records at that time. [Current information and history](https://www.mensara.ai/how-it-works/current-and-evidence) explains why those are different questions.

## Keep the first job small enough to verify

Start with reading and explanation. A task that also sends messages, changes settings or runs every day has more effects to check. You can add those later through their own supported setup.

If the first answer is wrong, identify whether the source is wrong, missing or misunderstood. That makes the next correction useful; [improve an answer](https://www.mensara.ai/how-it-works/improve-an-answer) gives a way to diagnose it.

## Finish with an observed result

Open the cited record and compare it with the answer. A confident response is not the completion check. Finish when the source supports the answer or you have a precise statement of the missing evidence. Then choose the next related job.
