About Mensara
Mensara gives your team its own Mind: one shared memory for your team and their AI agents, built for founders and leaders who want AI doing real work across their team without losing track of what it sees or changes.
Mensara is built by Xanadu Labs LLC, based in North Carolina.

Three people, their agents, one Mind
decisions/support-hours.mdCurrentHeld for reviewNow currentWhat is Mensara?
You get a Mind of your own.
Decisions, customers and commitments, pricing and policies, and how work gets done, kept as plain files your team can copy and keep.
It works through the agents you already use.
Claude, Codex, Cursor or ChatGPT on the web, with a one-time setup and sign-in. Other compatible AI tools may connect too.
You can review changes.
People and their agents propose updates where the work happens. Changes to governed areas, such as decisions, wait for the owner's approval, and you can require approval elsewhere too. The history is kept.
What makes it different
One Mind for the whole team, not one person's chat history.
Every person's agent reads from the same Mind, within that person's access.
Access is checked by software before any model sees a file.
Each person's agents work within that person's access.
A signed record of who asked and what happened.
Signed activity records show who asked, the kind of action, which areas it touched and the outcome, including refusals.
Plain files you can take with you.
Full version history stays with the files.
Set up with you.
We start with one recurring job and check the result against your own records.
Who uses it
- Founders, CEOs and COOs of small companies, who are already using AI and want the whole team on it.
- Solo founders running the business with agents, who want one memory every agent reads.
- Teams inside larger companies that want their own Mind, with their own access rules.
- Their teams: sales, support and operations people who use an AI tool every day and need it to know how the company works.
- The person who connects the tools, often an engineer or ops lead, who wants to see exactly what each agent can read and change. See How it works.
The team
Antony Evans, founder. Seven years as COO of Wild Earth: zero to $50M+ lifetime revenue, profitable, acquired in 2025. Bain and Oliver Wyman, INSEAD MBA, Cambridge maths, Y Combinator (S14). Based in North Carolina.
“I ran a company from my own head for years, and I know what that weighs. Mensara is what I built to put it down. I've run my own work on this system every day since January 2026. Today I run Mensara on it. I'm still one person, and I move faster than that should allow.”
How working together goes
- Join the waitlist.
Tell us a little about your team. We're bringing on a small founding group, and we join each team's first setup.
- Connect your agent and back up your Mind.
Add your Mind to Claude or ChatGPT, and keep a private copy in your own GitHub.
- Set up in your agent.
It asks one question you want answered, reads a few of your documents and answers from them, naming the source. Your own profile and starter card save straight away; anything it wants to add to a governed area, such as your charter or decisions, waits for your approval. Then invite the team from the same chat.
Larger organisations work with Antony directly. Questions before you join: hello@mensara.ai.

Questions
Is Mensara another AI tool to learn?
Not for most of your team: the agents they already use read from it, and your Mind is the memory behind those agents. The owner reviews changes in the portal.
Where does our information live?
Your Mind's content lives on its own server, not in Mensara's account system. Who runs that server depends on the hosting arrangement you choose. See where your information may go and our privacy policy.
Which AI providers see our information?
The providers behind the agents you connect, and only what those agents read within each person's access. An app or automation you install uses the AI provider set up for it, limited to that app's access.
Can we leave?
Yes. Your Mind is plain files with their full version history. Copy them and keep them.
Can I sign up today?
Not yet. Join the waitlist and we'll be in touch about setup.
