What we keep, and what we never see.

Mensara is operated by Xanadu Labs LLC. This policy covers mensara.ai, the control plane that runs accounts, enrollment, billing, and box provisioning.

What we keep. Your name and email, sign-in records, billing status, and coarse operational records about your box: plan, version, and health. Historical founding-cohort applications are retained until deletion is requested; the retired application route no longer creates or changes them. That is what it takes to run your account, and it is all we take.

Waitlist. When you join the waitlist, we store your email and optional name and team size. We use these to contact you about Mensara access. We also store the public guide, call to action and page revision that led to the form, a random signup event identifier, and a coarse acquisition source when available. These help us understand which guides lead to signups. We delete the record on request by email to hello@mensara.ai.

Payments. Card details go to Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store card numbers.

What we never hold. Your Mind's content. Knowledge, chat history, files, keys, and credentials live on your box, not on mensara.ai.

Problem reports. If you email us a problem report, such as one your agent drafts for you to send to support@mensara.ai, we keep what you choose to send, including any text from your conversation, to fix the problem and reply to you. We do not use reports to train AI models. We delete reports from our working files after 12 months; copies in backups and version history can last longer.

Cookies. We set a session cookie to keep you signed in and to preserve public-site attribution for up to 30 days. Attribution uses a recognised source category, not a full referrer URL or a customer Mind hostname; unrecognised sources are grouped as other external or unknown. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell personal data.

Public-page analytics. Google Analytics loads automatically on Mensara's public information pages to count visits and understand navigation, including a guide-to-waitlist event containing only the public guide path, call to action and page revision. Confirmed signup counts come from our stored waitlist records, not form clicks. We do not send signup records or their event identifiers to Google. It may use analytics cookies or local device identifiers. We disable Google Signals and advertising personalization, strip query strings, and do not send referrer URLs. We do not load it on account, sign-in, enrollment, operations, API, or customer Mind pages, identify signed-in users, or send application-form contents, organization IDs, box identifiers, or Mind content to Google.

Sharing. We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, payments, email delivery, and Google Analytics for public-page measurement.

Your choices. Email hello@mensara.ai to access, correct, or delete your account data.
