Before you start
Connect your chosen tool to the intended Mind using the connection guide. Use your own account and choose a harmless record you expect to be allowed to read. If the record is not saved yet, follow saving information first.
Ask for the answer and its evidence
Ask one concrete question and include the scope or date that matters. You could say: “What does the current policy say about this? Show the record and the wording you used, and say if the evidence does not settle it.”
Your agent starts from the Mind’s maps, which point towards related records, and reads the relevant sources within your access. A missing or excluded record does not give it permission to guess.
Open the source
Check whether the record actually says what the answer claims. Look at the entity, date, conditions and whether the information is current for this task. A source about a different customer or an earlier period may be relevant background without answering your question.
If you need the reason for a change, ask for the supporting history rather than treating an earlier version as today’s rule.
Say what failed if the answer is poor
Point to the missing fact or the source passage that was misunderstood. If the source itself needs correcting, propose a correction. If the source is sound but the answer is incomplete, ask the agent to re-read that passage and explain the discrepancy. Recover from a poor answer separates these cases.
Check any saved result separately
An answer in chat is not proof that something was saved. If you asked for a note or correction too, inspect the proposal’s actual state and open the saved record after it applies. Your review settings explain why a permitted edit can wait for review.
